The original painting "Mount of Transfiguration" is 60x80 cm (24" x 32" ) done with acrylic paint on a canvas. The painting is inspired by a trip to Mount Tabor is Israel, a location traditionally believed to be the site where the Transfiguration of Jesus took place, an event in the Gospels in which Jesus is transfigured upon an unnamed mountain and speaks with Moses and Elijah.
